I met Randy Mayes of The Success Coach Network back in November 2007 and was immediately impressed with his ability to connect and communicate with me. Based on our first conversation, I knew Randy would be someone who could help me become a more effective manager.

I began personal coaching sessions with him right away and saw immediate results. I was able to take away things from those sessions that I could immediately apply at work, making my job less stressful and making me much more productive.

Twice per month, Randy and I meet and discuss areas that I'm challenged with. These sessions are NOT Randy telling me what to do. Rather, they are incredible conversations in which Randy helps guide me to uncover ideas on how to improve. Because of the way these sessions are structured, I'm able to easily incorporate these ideas into my daily work environment, making the transition seamless.

I have yet to have a coaching session with Randy where I don't come away with several fantastic ideas. I can honestly say that the two hours I spend with Randy each month, are the most productive two hours of my entire month.

The material contained in the Creating Personal Intelligence course is so important that I would recommend it as a foundational course for all young adults.
