It is called Creating Personal Intelligence (CPI). MSU's professional development programs are designed to help practicing professionals stay abreast of the latest developments in their fields. The programs offer practical information or certification that allows participants to return to their workplaces and make an immediate impact.
See http://morriscenter.missouristate.edu/CPI/index.asp for more information on the program.
CPI is a group coaching program designed to help small business owners and other professionals create personalized action plans for furthering success, maximizing potential, and improving job performance.
Business coaching is quickly catching on across the country as one of the best ways to substantially increase the return on time and effort. The coaching process helps people clarify and prioritize what is most important and then helps them use their natural talents and abilities to get where they want to go.
